Mark as Useful I RECEIVED A CALL FROM MS TURNER, SHE WAS VERY POLITE AND PROFFESSIONAL FROM THIS COMPANY CTI. IN CONTRAST TO THE LIST OF COMPLAINTS FROM THE OTHER PEOPLE ON THIS FORUM, SHE WAS VERY HELPFUL AND HELPED ME PAY MY DEBT OFF FOR MY SEARS CARD. MAYBE U GUYS JUST GOT A BUNCH OF LOSERS CALLING U AND I LUCKED UP AND RAN ACROSS A REALLY PROFESSIONAL AND ARTICULATE YOUNG LADY.
